Email Temporário: free disposable email | Best of the Year 2026
Email Temporário joins Prisma’s Best of the Year 2026 selection as a highlight for free temporary and disposable email.
The recommendation values a level of privacy care above the category average.
The service solves a common situation: a site asks for an email just to unlock a download, a coupon or a free trial.
Then your personal inbox fills with marketing — with a temporary email, that does not happen.
Why Email Temporário is among the highlights
Many temporary email sites let anyone who knows the address read the messages.
Email Temporário goes the other way: the inbox only opens with a secret key stored in your browser.
It also blocks trackers, never reuses addresses and deletes everything on its own after 24 hours.
For a free, no-sign-up service, that set of protections deserves recognition.

Only you can open your inbox
Inbox access uses a secret key kept in your browser.
Knowing the address is not enough to read the messages.
Every generated address is also logged and never handed out again to someone else.
That prevents anyone from using an old address of yours to recover an account you created.
Protection against tracking
Scripts inside emails are never executed.
External images, widely used to track who opened a message, stay blocked until you allow them.
Attachments up to 10 MB can be downloaded but are never opened inside the site.
These technical choices reduce exposure even when a message is malicious.
Codes and confirmation links front and center
When a verification email arrives, the code is highlighted and ready to copy in one click.
The button to activate or confirm the account is also separated from the rest of the message.
In practice, you never have to hunt for the code in the body text.
Everything arrives in real time, without refreshing the page.
Two domains and use-case pages
You can choose between the .cloud and .pro domains.
If a site rejects one of them, simply generate an address on the other.
The service also has dedicated pages such as disposable email, email generator, temp mail and email for testing, useful for developers and QA teams.
The guides section covers phishing, email scams and data leaks (in Portuguese).

Email Temporário FAQs
What is Email Temporário?
Email Temporário is a free Brazilian service that generates a disposable email address as soon as you open the page, so you can receive codes and confirmation links without exposing your personal email.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no paid plan and it does not ask for your name, phone number or a password. The address is ready in about one second.
Can someone else read my emails?
According to the service, no. The address is random and the inbox only opens with a secret key stored in your browser; knowing the address does not give access to the messages.
How long are emails kept?
For 24 hours, with an option to extend. After that, the inbox and everything it received are deleted automatically.
Should I use a temporary email for important accounts?
No. For banking, work or any account you may need to recover, use your personal email. A temporary email is ideal for tests, coupons, downloads and sign-ups you do not plan to keep.
